HYCON powerpacks are designed for professional users who expect maximum operating time,

The concept of HYCON powerpacks is to offer high performance, compact, low weight packs and with a minimum of wearing parts.
The heart of HYCON packs is the ring cooler that enables us to design a pack where all moving parts are mounted directly on the engine shaft.
This way we achieve 100% alignment which ensures the low wearing cost and the long lifetime of our packs.
Our ring cooler secures optimum cooling in all conditions and does not get clogged up by dirt etc and can be cleaned by high pressure washers. Also all coupling parts are protected inside a housing ensuring maximum lifetime.

HYCON HPP18V MULTIFLEX is the big brother in the FLEXLINE series of powerpacks. It is
intended for simultaneous operation of 2 tools.
MULTI means many. This powerpack has the most different flow settings on the market. No other features as much as 8 different flows: 1×10-15-20-30-40 and 2×10-15-20 l.p.m.
In other words: MULTIFLEX can operate any tool! With its compact measures it can be transported in any van. 2 persons can easily lift it.
With both electric and recoil start it can be started, even if the battery is dead.

HPP18E has a slow start function reducing the load during starting. It needs no water cooling as it has integrated oil cooler, which is a great advantage – especially in the winter time.

Breakers
A good breaker works when you need it.
HYCON breakers are designed to give maximum power, durability and best operator comfort.
The breakers are designed to withstand blank firing. This is a unique feature.
They have high performance compared to weight and come standard with anti vibration handles.
The unique PROLINE handle offers the operator a vibration level down to as little as 4.8 m/s², which give maximum protection and less fatigue. The result is higher efficiency – you get more work done.
The breakers have very few wearing parts ensuring the lowest lifetime cost possible. A HYCON breaker gives you the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

Core Drills
With a HYCON hydraulic handheld core drill you will achieve a significant improvement of
your profits as there are no costs for setting up a rig.
The performance of the core drill allows for drilling of holes up to ø350 mm in all
materials – also with reinforcement.Therefore it is only necessary to invest in ONE core
drill for many different kinds of jobs.
All parts run in oil – a guarantee for long life and low service costs. The tool is totally unaffected by water, dust etc. It will even work under water.
The core drill offers top safety with the built-in ASCO System (Automatic Safety Cut off). The tool automatically cuts off if the core bit jams – no injury to the operator.
Cut-Off Saws
The hydraulic cut-off saw from HYCON is available in 3 versions 14”, 16” and 18”.
All types can be used for horizontal and vertical cutting.
They cut all types of concrete, steel, bricks, asphalt etc.
Cutting power up to 18 HP.
A hydraulic cut-off saw is a very sturdy tool intended for cutting even under the most extreme conditions. It is completely unaffected by water and dust, and all parts run in oil.
The saw is built for hard use day after day without breakdowns. The fact that the saw is always working and does not require service means higher profits than with e.g. a petrol saw.
Hydraulic saws have no heavy petrol engine blocking the view and are often difficult to start.
Hydraulic saws have no vibrations, no noise and no exhaust to your face. They have no airfilter getting clogged up with dust and require no service. They do not need 2 stroke petrol on the jobsite.
The cut-off saw offers top safety with the integrated ASCO System.
Oil Flow Divider
The HYCON HFD oil flow divider is used to protect the hydraulic tool
against overload when it is connected to excavators etc.
The HYCON oil flow divider has 3 built-in functions:
- The regulation valve regulates the flow to the tool
- The pressure relief valve ensures max working pressure in the tool
- The check valve ensures that the tool does not work the wrong way around (reverse)
Overload is the greatest risk of damage to hydraulic tools when they are connected to excavators, trucks etc. The HYCON HFD oil flow divider guarantees the expected life of the tool.

Rock Drill
The HYCON HRD20 rock drill is the only tool on the market with built in air flushing and
4 different settings of blow frequency and rotations. The investment in a HYCON HRD20
rock drill and a HYCON powerpack is therefore the best investment on the market.
The rock drill is characterized by a very high performance in relation to weight, and its high quality means long life. The drill rods are hex 22x108 mm, and therefore all standard drills can be used.
Maximum recommended drilling performance is Ø45 mm and approx. 3 m deep. Depending on the circumstances, the rock drill can reach a drilling speed of 3½ – 10 cm per minute. For holes deeper than 800 mm it needs additional air supply.

Submersible Pumps
Hydraulic submersible pumps are designed for the high demands in the construction industry.
HYCON pumps are VORTEX pumps. VORTEX pumps are designed especially for dirty water with even very large solids. They have less wear on the impeller due to the Vortex design.
Hydraulic pumps may run dry all Day without breaking down.
The impeller at top sets the water in a circular movement and by centrifugal force a centre of air shaped like a cone will occur.
This way there is very little contact between the water and the impeller, and wear is greatly reduced compared to other types of pumps.
Pumps of the special VORTEX design have longer life and can pump larger solids.
The pumps have a very big capacity – up to 204m3 per hour.
